New to the Area?

We will be your tour guide, showing you the different neighborhoods and areas so you can get a feel for your options. The greater Phoenix area has so many cool spots and neighborhoods that we bet it will be hard to choose!

Wants and Needs

Do you need a rambler with a fenced yard? A three-bedroom home, preferably new? A small, efficient home on acreage with a view? Whatever you are looking for, we will strategize with you to find you the perfect home.

Securing a Mortgage

Recent job change? Just moving to the area? Self-employed? We have connections to great mortgage lenders throughout the Valley. It is important to get pre-approved before we start searching in earnest, but with a great lender at your side, this process isn’t intimidating.

Home Search

We do a good job of balancing your scheduling needs with the realities of today’s market. We will make a plan with you to suit your needs and achieve your buying goals.

Watching Out for You

As we are searching for homes, we will point out the pros and cons of each property that you may not be looking for. For example, there are some flaws that are intensified by our desert conditions. We will be on the lookout!

Making an Offer

Once we find the home that is the right fit, we will work with you to structure the offer. We will educate you on market conditions and what is expected in our area so you have a leg up with the seller. We will provide you with local comparable sold properties so you can see what other homes have recently sold for to assure that the price you offer is in line with the market.


If needed, we will negotiate on your behalf, pointing out the strengths of your offer to the seller, working with you to see where there is wiggle room, and approach negotiations with a win-win attitude. We have your back!

Inspection and Appraisal

The inspection and appraisal are two important steps in the buying process, and they can be a bit nerve-wracking. We have great inspectors we can refer you to and we will be there during the inspection to note any red flags. In terms of the appraisal, you will have already chosen a good lender and they will appoint the appraiser. The appraiser works on your behalf (and the bank’s) to make sure the price you are paying is market value.

Pending to Close

Once your offer is approved and contingencies met, we will work with you on all the steps of the process between contract and closing. Depending on where we are in the process, we may be talking to you several times a day or once every few days. Rest assured that our team is looking out for you every step of the way!
